If Folibird Pro doesn’t work for you, email support@folibird.com within 3 days of your purchase with your order number, and we’ll refund the full amount. No questions asked.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued by Polar, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• After a refund, the license key is deactivated and the app returns to the free version.
